Sir i want to open the new user id. From last week i am trying to open an user id. I had given my new mob number & email id. I followed the steps given in document to open new user id. I had never used my mobile number or email id on irctc booking. Still i am getting message, your mobile no is already in use or your email-id is already in use. Pl. Reply me on verity. My refund amount of Rs.680 are not credit in my account. But its showing refunded on 20 feb 2018. But cannot credit till date. PNR No. [protected], Cancellation id. [protected]. Please kindly look into this matter and sort out this. Otherwise i will go to consumer court regarding this.

My self Prashant Chatterjee misplace the Pin of IRCTC credit card & unable to generate the Pin due to mismatch of Date of birth at your end. My Date of Birth is 19/05/1967.

I booked the ticket for two by Air Asia from Kochi to Hyderabad on[protected], for journey on[protected], payment was made by debit card transaction I'd [protected] but ticket was not booked kindly refund the amount of rs 6885/-
