Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — overcharging on food and snacks

Today i am traveling with my family from hyd to Delhi by Telangana express in B-4 seat no 13&14. I booked my meal (non-veg --egg). Vender charging from me (and everybody who ever booked meal) Rs-110/for non-veg(egg). And Rs-100/- for veg. Whereas as per IRCTC veg & non-veg rates are Rs 50/-& Rs 55/- . I called manager of M/s. Ambuj Hotels and Real Estate Pvt LTD the Licensee and ask rates, he told 50&55( veg& non-veg). He told that vender is wrong, after that both were justified that we are giving more quantity.but is was not like that, only one sabji was extra, that I don't ask from vender . Finally manager told me that you give Rs55/- only.manager name is Golu Singh & vender name is Rahul. if possible I will post their I card photos.its not fair, they are cheeting to us, our Rail minister & also our Prime Minister too.
