Transaction failure Payment failure - no ticket booked — bank account debited Transaction id [protected] I faced a problem while booking a ticket on irctc.co.in transaction id/[protected] date of booking[protected] reservation from kanpur Central to new delhi for 30/06/2017. After entering the details of the two passengers, i made the payment using union bank net banking payment gateway. After making the payment (Amount being debitted from my account), i got the message payment successful wait for irctc to respond. After waiting for a minute, it prompted "payment failed" I checked my union bank transactions and i can see a payment of rs 1385 /- made. However when i see the list under "booked tickets" on the website, it shows nothing. It enlisted my transaction into "failed transaction history". Where did my money go then!! Please advise what to be done since i have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.
