I had booked air ticket using irctc on 22.042018 for to and fro pune from new delhi for journey on 06.05.208 and 08.05.2018 but could not aboard on 06.05.2018. I had cancelled return journey air ticket from pune but till date i have not got any refund. On asking air asia, they told that they had paid rs.2000 to irctc. Please refund this money. My transaction id [protected] dated 22.04.2018. Air asia flight no i5-732 from pune to new delhi on 08.05.2018 Pnr no. Ih9yxb My mobile no. Is [protected]. Today, I booked a tatkal tickets from masknawa to anvt terminal. After completing the transaction. I got message of money deduction.but it showing that your transaction are ' pending from bank end'.tomorrow is my journey date. Please resolve it asap.
