Hi,

I had cancelled flight tickets for 3 passengers for a round trip flight between kolkata and bagdogra. I had cancelled the tickets on 9th january, and it has been over a month yet i have not received the refund amount. I have attached the mail correspondence. Details of the flight are:

Hi,

I am not able to book Train Ticket getting the following error message "Your profile is Incomplete. Please complete your profile details in order to continue booking"

I updated all the mandatory requirements. Please help to resolve it.
