Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund amount credit

I have cancelled my tickets on 19.12.2016 and should have received and refund of Rs 3085/- the status shows that the refund has been made but i have not got any credit of the amount so far. Please look into it and let me know when could my money be refunded to me, its incorrect to block people fund for no reason and refund should be processed, the status shows refunded and the bank details are PAYTMAG, however i used a reputed bank to make the payment, calling the customer care does not help, as nobody picks only the fone keeps ringing, also the bankers customer complaint says there should be some kind of reference to track the refund, which is again not being found. please look into the matter and clarify. Thanks.
