Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund is not given for accepted tdr on irctc train ticket | |||
I did not get any refund eventhough TDR accepted on IRCTC website. Ticket had been booked through ixigo app. I had booked irctc train ticket (RS 340) through ixigo whose pnr no. [protected] journey was from ahmedabad to morbi on 14/02/2018., however train was more than three hours late and i had not do my journey and filed TDR on[protected]. TDR accepted on irctc website and status is also positive. TDR result show status like "CR Registered". however money has not been refunded by IRCT and ixigo. please refund the money. train ticket information is given in photo attached. Sir, I have forgot my user id & password of IRCTC, help me to avail the same in my mail basudeodas [protected]@gmail.com. My date of birth is 15.10.1969. I have complaint many times but problem is same. Please do the needful.
