Dear concern, I have booked a ticket from Irctc login site.this ticket was booked on my pan card n payment was also done from my icici account. That pnr details was shared on my mobile no. Only. I was trying to cancel the ticket whenever it was in waiting list. I have dropped the mail regarding that issue but executive did not given any confirmation regarding my complaint. When I called them again regatta refund then they confirmed me that you did not send that mail from registered I'd so we did not entertain you. I tried to made them understand that neither I have that email ID nor that mobile no. Because these were very old one. N I don't know why I am not able to access my account so kindly take all verification because that pnr no. Was booked on my pan n payment was also done from my account. But they were replying me only one answer.earlier they asked me the screenshots if I am not able login. Then I have done that also. But now again they came on same statement and not refunding my money. Without my fault I lost my money.they are not helping me in any way. I requested them to refund my money because it's my pnr, contact no. N bank account (from where the payment made).
