Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund not credit to my account | |||
Hello, I've canceled by ticket No : A 62382419 on Jan 21 2017 around 5:30 PM from Nampally station counter. I've used my SBH card to pay for the ticket. The counter person processed the refund to my andhra bank rupay card stating he will not be able to process the refund to my SBH card Maestro card. It's been more than 10 working days but I haven't received my refund. I have been going around banks and railway counter but no one was able to help me with refund. My bank states that refund was not processed, and asking me to contact IRCTC and IRCTC counter guys asking me to contact bank.. I am at verge of loosingmy interest in using IRCTC online transaction. This incident is so bizzare that i am never going to refer anybody to use cards again... I hope you guys see this and get back to me ...
