I booked an e-ticket from saharanpur sre to tilda tld in train 18238 on journey dated 10/03/2018 against pnr number [protected]. I got waitlisted ticket after booking but after chart preparation my ticket converted to rac. I didn’t want to travel in rac and i filed tdr as per railway rules on dated 09/03/2018. I not received any refund amount till 08/04/2018. When i emailed my query to railway at [protected]@irctc.co.in, they replied that the refund rejected with reason no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. I shocked seeing this reply as i didn't travelled on that ticket and railway saying i travelled, how it’s possible?? It’s totally disappointing as it’s a matter of trust we have on railway.
