Hello sir/madam,

I have partially cancelled my tickets on 30 jul.
My cancellation id is [protected] & [protected].

Transaction id is [protected] & [protected]

Total amount 2620 is to be payable by irctc.

I see status is showing refunded, but i haven't got my payment back.

Please have a look into this.
