Hi team, Good afternoon. I had tried to book a railway ticket on 5th sept 2019 and the transaction has failed but money has been debited from my account twice but i have still not received my refund. I have provided all the update to irctc on phone and email but no response yet. The ticket number raised for this problem is — 5041976 but no email response has been received. When i call the call center they keep the phone on hold saying that it is being transferred to senior desk but the call is disconnected. This was done 5 times Was this information helpful? | |||
