[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund of amount | |||||
I, Keerthana B, had booked two tatkal tickets from CSTM to LPI from IRCTC mobile app via KVB debit card. The amount worth Rs.1020.70/- was debited with the reference no.[protected]. The particulars given in the passbook says POS/E-POS/[protected]/IRCTC/DELHI. A pop up notification came up on the mobile that the payment was rejected and thus, the ticket was not booked. I had to make a repayment with the Canara bank debit card to book the ticket. this had happened on 10th may, 2017 and there was no reply for the message or call. Kindly look at the issue and please refund the amount. Hereby, I have attached the passbook entry and the message of amount debited from KVB and the image of the ticket and the screenshot of amount debited from Canara bank for the same ticket. Jun 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved A mail was relieved from IRCTC, asking me to submit the bank statement if at all the money was credited to IRCTC. As I had the bank statement, I had submitted the copy of it with the message that I had received from the bank. The amount was credited after verification to the same account after 5 days.
