I had booked two ac chair car tickets from travel from ludhiana to saharanpur in train no.14682. On 19/3/16, day of the travel, when we reached railway station at 5 am, we came to know that this train whose scheduled departure time is 5-25am, shall depart now at 12-30pm. We came back to our house & at 6am submitted for online cancellation of the ticket.Now irct is telling that as per its rule book, this ticket can not be cancelled. Why should customers suffer for the fault of the railways ? We want refund of the booking amount. Pnr no. Of the e ticket is - [protected] Thanks.
