Dear sir. I booked ticket through irctc mobile app. Cancelled it and applied for refund. Pnr no.is - [protected]. The are saying they refunded my amount and refund date is 22 october 2019. But I havent receive any refund till date 05 november 2019. When I called they said contact bank. They have given me Transaction id - [protected]. But by this id bank is unable to give any information. Plus, customer care official of IRCTC talks very rudely and in bad way Kindly look into the matter.
