[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund of failed reservation

I was booking tickets through IRCTC website on 14/03/2017 the amount payment was deducted from PNB debit card but PNR was not generated and reservation failed.As per your website the amount has been refunded back on 16/03/2017 to PAYTMAG but yet is not credited in my account.Kindly guide me what to do.The details are as follows
