Transaction no-[protected] Date of booking-2/5/18 From-chappra to indore Bank name - hdfc Dateof journey-16/5/17 User id - sumsin Ticket was not booked but money was deducted from my account. Irctc is not giving refund of my deducted money despite my emails to them. Instead they are giving several excuses. Its been almost 20 days and irctc is giving lame excuses. I paid 120rs from Upi to [protected]@axisbank payment succesful but ticket not booked and status show that pending from bank end . Please refund my money.

I Pritha Pandit booked a ticket on 23 March, 2018 April, PNR No .[[protected]], date of journey 10 Apr, 2018, due the some reason I cancelled the ticket on 04 Apr, 2018 cancellation id : [protected], but I did not get my refund amount still now. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

This is the second time am facing this problem. When ₹10 coin is given the vendors do not accept it.A few months back I wrote a complaint in the complaint book but I feel the matter was not looked into. As ₹10/- coin is still valid by govt.of India please give necessary instruction to Pantry staff and vendors to accept the same at the earliest.

Ihave cancelled my ticket PNR [protected] on 30 Apr 2018.I received irctc mail on 3 May that Rs 5805 refunded to my account. Til date I did not received the amount and e mail to [protected]@ irctc.co.in not answering and customer care tells unabe to chek due to technical problems.
Please do the needful.
