Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Regarding the refund that has not been provided yet for two cancelled tickets

I have cancelled two tickets (one I myself cancelled and another tatkal ticket got automatically cancelled) on 18 and 19th dec 2025.for both of which the refund has not been processed from irctc but it shows refunded without even providing a refund id
I have contacted bank with cancellation id
They have said irctc themselves didn't process the refund yet
I want my refund (already it crossed 3 working days and 7 working days the maximum timeline that has been provided in their website )
I have contacted their customer support it's insane no use at all..they said it has been processed
Then where is my money??
I want my money it's totally 680 rs

Provide me my refund
I have provided pnr and transaction id
