Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — retiring room booked by me was very dirty even not swiped
I booked retiring room at jasidih rly stn on 21 mar 18 against pnr no [protected] and allotted room no 8. The room condition was very dirty the bathroom was smelling very badily; it seems that not even broomed since last few days. I was also not provided with washed bedsheet and pillowcover. When i asked about the above mention problem to the onduty staff i. E. Caretaker he replied “sir aabhi kar raha hoon” but after reminding so many time the problem remain same. Finally i vacate the room.
I request you to look into the matter and responsible people should be pinpointed. Your small attention will enhance the quality of railway.
