I had booked online 03 AC dormitory at Katra Guest House for 07.11.2015 date in view of our family trip planned for Maa Vaishno Devi with an advance payment of Rs. 4356. Booking details are: IRCTC Guest House, Katra Transaction ID - [protected] and hotel confirmation id [protected] Date of booking - 04.10.2015 on 31.10.2015, I tried to cancel the reservation online as per the procedure mentioned but the website not supported the cancellation. I called on 139, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for the same but to no avail. Email was also sent from my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.com, [protected]@rediffmail.com, wazir.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@irctc.com on 31.10.2015 and follow up mail on 03.11.2015.
