Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the inconvenience faced during ticket booking for my journey dated 12.04.2026.
When the booking was opened on 11.02.2026 for the journey of 12.04.2026 at 08:00 AM, I booked four seats in 3AC for my myself and family (PNR No. [protected]). However, the seats were allotted in two different coaches, due to which I had to cancel the ticket. Subsequently, I booked again immediately in 2AC (PNR NO. [protected])(Ticket No GHYG Ticket No[protected], but unfortunately, the seats were once again allotted in separate coaches.
I am travelling with my family, including two children aged 7 years and 10 years. It is practically impossible and unsafe for us to travel in different coaches. I would like to understand how such allocation has been made despite the availability of sufficient seats (33 seats in 3AC and 14 seats in 2AC at the time of booking).
This situation creates serious concern regarding passenger convenience and safety.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and make necessary arrangements to adjust our seats in the same coach, so that my family can travel together safely.
I shall be grateful for your prompt assistance and resolution of this issue.
