Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money deducted from bank but ticket not confirmed.

Money deducted Rs. 622 from my Bank account on POS [protected] at irctc_PayTM txn#[protected]...But the company is refusing such deduction and not agreeing to return the money in my account.The ticket booking company had been contacted earlier through mail and they responded the way previously mentioned.There is no option of cashback in the account through PayTm merchandise pls look into the matter

Hii recpected sir I am Nanda Adak my complaint regarding extra Money deducted.. so plz flowup this process because I am calling you 100 time's but no buddy pickup my call... I am attached all the account details my photos so plz returns to back Money... And I already tik marking the money thoughs are extra deducted my Account

Sir had booked a ticket from ngp to cst dated18 jan and cst to ngp on21 jan 2017 but i cancelled it due to some reason, the account show that amount refunded bt the amount not refunded on my account yet pls resolve my problem asap...
