Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tatkal ticket booked for wrong date in irctc due to software issue

Do we have anyone who understands what I am talking about. I don’t want a link explaining tatkal policies. You can go through it and understand that tatkal ticket can only be booked a day before the travel. I am booking on 18th and I am expecting the ticket issued to be for 19th, NOT 20th

If you have an escalation matrix since I will have to go to consumer
court and cannot suffer for the issues in irctc system.

general queries like refund, ERS, online booking etc. **please send
