Hi support team, I booked a ticket from lucknow nr (Lko) to ghaziabad (Gzb) for 15624/kyq bgkt express on 20-jan-2017 and date of journey was 22-jan-2017. For some reason the train got delayed for more than 3 hours and the passenger did not travel. I filed tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status turned to cr registered, but the amount is not refunded yet. I am not sure what else i might be missing to get the amount refunded. Jul 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally, on 19-07-2017, IRCTC refunded the amount which was due since 20-01-2017.
After posting this complaint on this site, I emailed IRCTC at " [email protected] " .
I got the automatically generated response from their side but no further step was taken from their side.
After 15 days, I again emailed them with all the attachments of my previous emails and and the TDR summary PDF file.
Then after 5 days they responded with a confirmation email that my problem has been taken into consideration and they will refund the amount in next 3 working days.
So, whoever is reading this and facing such issues, my friend, keep sending them emails with all the evidences you have . Don't lose hope, sooner or later they have to respond.

I have mistake in my IRCTC registration by entering the wrong Email ID. Wrong ID I have. entered is [protected]@gmail.com and my correct Id [protected]@gmail.com kindly I apologies for entering worng email id support me to change the correct id or change by yourself
