On 07/02/2018 by i r c t c web site i booked ticket pnr no [protected] (Train no 13022/mithila exp) journey date 28/03/2018 time 11:21 hr from bapudham motihari to howrah with my family 5 person & also booked ticket pnr no [protected] (Train no18645/east coast exp) journey date 29/03/2018 time 11:45 from howrah to visakhapatnam with my family 5 person.
From 15/03/[protected] mithila exp was regularly running late by 3 to 10 hours by scheduled departure time 11.21 hr so i booked on 20/03/2018 ticket pnr no [protected] (Train no 13158/tirhut exp) journey date 28/03/2018 time 14:40 hr with my family 5 person
On 28/03/2018 we reach bapudham motihari at 11:00 hr and ask equerry staff about 13022/mithila exp. At 12:30 hr equerry staff told me that mithila exp is running late and about to reach at station 14:00 — 14:30 hr
Then i fear that 13022/mithila exp is late so i can miss my train 18645/east coast exp on 29/03/2018 with my family 5 person
Then i filed t d r against pnr number [protected] by my smart phone and reach muzaffarpur and traveled pnr no [protected] (Train no 13158/tirhut exp) from muzffarpur to kolkata on 28/03/2018.
