I have booked a ticket in narmada express 18234 for date of journey 17-feb-2019. I received a message from irctc that the the train has been cancelled. I filed tdr on the ticket. My case has been marked as "cr registered" but i have not received the refund amount yet. The cost of ticket is rs 3500. What i have to do to get the refund on my ticket. I cancelled a ticket in irctc app. it shows the refund amount amount was credited in zaakpak PG bank. but the amount was not at returned till now.

Dear Sir/Madam I had problem with 3 transactions which was not received any payment update from phonepay or irctc team. Kindly arrange the payment as much as possible...
