Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tdr refund issue

The TDR has been rejected. I wanted a refund for the same as I didn't travel in the train on this date[protected] and this is an extreme loss of money.

When I enquired with the customer support I got to know the amount will be refunded only after contacting here. The reason was the washroom were not clean. Me and my parents decided not to travel due to the same reason and we went to the railway customer service in SMVT railway station for cancellation but they didn't respond properly and denied to accept for the cancellations, also they were not allowing us to speak to the Management there.

Kindly do the needful as this amount will help us for the entire month, since I am the only person earning and my family is dependent on my earnings. This refund will definitely help all o[censored]s, hence requesting to kindly do the needful.
