Pnr no. [protected] Train no. - 12187 jabalpur mumbai garib rath Boarding station - jabalpur Reservation / journey upto - mumbai. Waitlisted window ticket canceled online on 14th may for jabalpur garib rath train. My younger brother reached prs counter for the refund at 7.50 pm on the same day, 20 mins after the departure of the train. He was denied refund by saying that no refund is given after departure of the train. Got a revert of a tweet to drm in this case as "as per rule web cancel ticket will be refunded within 3 hrs after actual departure of train in same location." If the refund is given even after 3hrs after departure then why we were not given a refund. We have canceled the ticket more than 4 hours before train departure and reached to collect refund 20 mins after train departure but still, we were denied refund on a canceled waitlisted ticket.
