I booked a railway tatkal ticket from irctc on 23 september 2019 from howrah to kanpur in train no. 12301 for 21 october 2019, but i cancelled my ticket on 4 october 2019.in my irctc account, it is showing that amount has been refunded but i haven't get the amount in my account. Detail is following: Name: abhinav dixit Bank: state bank of india Branch: barra kanpur Account no.: [protected] Pnr no.: [protected] Refund id: [protected] Amount: 2055 rs. I have not received the refund amount Rs.835 for
the ticket PNR [protected], Transaction ID:[protected] booked for Chennai by Shatabthi express DTD. 28th Sep 2019.
It was booked by using my debit card. Refund ID: [protected]. But till date i have not received the refund amount.

Hello,
I have filed TDR for my two tickets because both trains had got diverted it's route.

on 30 Aug 2019.
Since last 25 days status they are showing is CR registered
But money has not refunded yet.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible..
