Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket cancelled but still refund not received by railway

Dear concern, i booked my train from pathankot to delhi on dtd. 14/07/2018. Of train no and name is - 22430/ptk dli sf exp' pnr no - [protected]., and had to paid 1470 but at last i cancelled my both tickets and it after that railway confirmed refund will be paid rs. 730 after deduct cancellation fee of rs. 740/-.. But unfortunately i did, t received refund in my respective account. Pls do the needful for the refund.
