Hi, I didn't received the ticket cancellation refund. But, its showing in the refund status amount is sent to the bank. I didn't receive the amount. Even, i mail to the [protected]@irctc.co.in. I didn't got any response. Please could you take the action on irctc. It's cheating the people with false information status. I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Pune. 4 pm to 11.00 am.
But the train was not reached the on time.
For that reason I didn't attend to the my office.
I loss 1500 RS amount.
I got absence to office.
