Ticket was booked from sbc on 10th may. Was at sbc, but train didn't turn up. Understood that train 56909 not coming to sbc due to platform repair work and it goes from yashvantpur. I missed train and incurred business loss of rs 10 lakhs. I seek compensation from irctc. There was no advance information though train was cancelled from sbc from 10th may. Ticket for 11th may travel was booked from sbc only. Was this information helpful? | |||
