Hello there, Please note that i tried booking through irctc on 4th of july through Payzapp as payment gateway through bharat qr code with transaction id [protected]. The amount was debited from my bank account and was also confirmed by the payment gateway i. E payzapp and is not returned yet by irctc. I have contacted irctc n number of times but the problem is not solved yet. Its almost 2.5 months since the date of transaction, that the amount is not returned by the irctc. Below is all the details regarding the transaction along with attached copies of refrences made by me to irctc. I could not see not see the booked ticket history and cancellation of reserved tickets could not be done. my email id is ' [protected]@gmail.com'.please heil me for doing both the items. V SANTHANAKRISHNAN

I booked a ticket on irctc.
After payment, it didn't show any confirmation of booking.
In last transaction it shows "pending from bank end" but the money has been debited from my account.
How do i know if my booking is confirmed or not?
i have to book ticket again, plz help as soon as possible.
