I had booked a tatkal ticket on December 11, 2016. while log in there were 101 tickets available. and at the time i am completing my transaction i was in wait list 79(TQWL 79). And the ticket was auto cancelled by irctc it self. and i got sms that amount 355 will be refunded. once i enquired customer service they told amount will get credited in 6 days. And now in the log in, its showing the amount is refunded to the hdfc bank account. Actually i have closed my hdfc bank account last month. I booked the ticket through my Icici bank account. Even I mailed about this to the irctc([protected]@irctc.co.in) with attached Icici bank statement. No response/reply for my mail. I am keep on calling irctc customer care number for past one week. but No response for my calls. This is my second complaint regarding this same problem in this website. I do not even have money for my daily needs(food and petrol fare) for this month. I am suffering from mental health problem depression and also economically I am suffering a lot due to this problem. I have attached the screenshots regarding this. Please do the needful at the earliest.
