Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — very low temperature of air-conditioning in train no. 12215 dtd.: 29.09.2018

I was travelling by the above train and i including many co-pasengers found the temperature very low. After the train started in the morning almost all passengers have to ask for their blanket and bedrolls. The first t. C. Was asked, nothing happened after his assuarance, in the afternoon second t. C. The same thing. The attendent said unless mechanic comes nothing can be done. Finally in the evening when some more passengers complained the temperature was put to bearable condition.
