Indian Railway — Ticket cancellation refund not credited

My name is renjith kumar and i have booked a railway ticket for my father Mr Vijaya krishnan aging 78 from Kollam jn kerala to Kannur kerala from kannur railway station ticket counter on 20/06/2026 and the ticket was on 27/06/2026
and due to some personal issues i cancelled the ticket on 24/06/2026 From kannur railway station counter and the refund is not provided yet.I have made the payment via gpay and they deducted 210 INR from 1020 INR paid and refund of Rs 810 not provided yet the details are as follows
