Indian Railways — Ac waiting room at nashik road railway station

I am waiting for train no. 17057, AC wasn't working at all from a week, the recoptionist is not giving proper reply and he is rude when asked for bill. He is charging 20/- hour without providing basic necessities, the washrooms aren't cleaned
