Sir,
I, pritam katoch had booked two e-tickets, for myself and my wife madhu katoch on 14610/hemkunt express for journey on 14th june 2017 from jammu tawi to haridwar in 3rd ac with pnr no. [protected] but we have been allotted different coaches. Detail of which as under;-
1. Pritam katoch cnf/b1/52/lower
2. Madhu katoch cnf/b2/49/lower
It is as such requested that we may please be allotted same coach for the journey.

I have book a ticket from akola to thane dated 22/03/17 train 18030 pnr ([protected])& dt 23/03/17 thane to madhgaon train no 10103 pnr ([protected]) we cancelled ticket dated 20/3/17 at akola tc office and send to chief commercial mannager (refunds) mumbai till we do not received any amount or reply

The train 12609 is delayed today by 1h 40minutes for reason not known. It's high time that if not the delay, such harassment to travellers can be avoided by sending an SMS to them about the delay, so that they can.manage their arrival time at station accordingly.
