Respected sir/madam
I am doctor in bhilai. I had emergency in my home town. I have done a reservation in chattisgarh express from ghodadongri to durg on[protected]. But my reservation not cleared. So i take a general ticket but i am not able go in the compartment due to heavy rush.
Therefore i catch a sleeper coach. Your ticket collector has arrived, and he asked to pay the fine. I told him my situation and i agreed as it was my mistake and asked him for a favour if he can arrange me just some place to sit. He started abussing me by saying bohot dekhe tere jaise doctor fine bhar koi seat nahi dunga. Zyada bola toh police ko de dunga fine leke, apni aukat me reh.
When i asked him the about fine charges, he doesnt know how fine is calculated and started abusing jake pta kar le bohot bada doctor hai na tu, main jitna bol rha hu utna paisa de chup chap. And said jake jisse shikayat karna hai kar de tere jaise chutiye bohot dekhe.

Are these are the manners to talk to a customer. I am ready to give fine i just asked for favour. He can politely refuse me by saying theres no berth available but instead he starts abusing and doesnot know any thing about fine charges and ticket charges.

I dont know he told his name correct or not he told his name was abdul majid and said ukhad le jo ukhadna hai.

Is this the railway giving us the services. If a doctor cant get respect how could a common man get. How are they behaving with the general public.

    I am currently travelling on amritsar mail (13005) and my purse was stolen early in the morning today near lucknow. Belongings include mobile phone, passport, pan card, keys, glasses and some cash. Its a brown color leather ladies hand purse. I boarded the train on may 30, 2017 from howrah station at 5:30 in the morning. The theft took place between 3 -5 am in the morning near lucknow station. I am travelling by ac 2 tier. Please help.

    I am travelling in haridwar mail 19032 train and i am highly frustrated seeing the terrible condition of the people sitting on the seats. I am traveeling in a sleeper coach and the seats are 6 but the people sitting in the compartment is 11 and even the TC is not doing anything regarding this. Kindly take note of this.

    My name is Umesh Baghel.I put a general question.Tatkal waiting tickets not confirmed why railway give us.
    Train is not visited at chandigarh but they display status visited at perfect time. They stop without any reason between ambala and chandigarh. It take more than 2 hours to visit at chandigarh.
    Is there any reservation of General Seating car(GS) for army quota?

    I am travelling from Pune Junction to Kolhapur (CSMT)and there is no seat available due to Army reservation.

    Just want to know if there is any such reservation provided railway or not

      I am in train no 12488, travelling from gajiyabad to katihar, my ticket is on rac, some seats are vacant but tte cant show me the chart. She told all passenger has come, but she gives seat to another person for some sorts of money. I told her please conform rac first afterthat any one, because rac has first right for conformation of seats. Please do something because i am very uncomfortable, because i travel with one child and my sister. My pnr no is [protected]

        Regarding allotment of lower berths

        My name is Trishla Dubey and I am travelling from Delhi to Durg by Humsafar express. I have issues regarding improper allotment of seats in 3rd AC. According to the rules, generally senior citizens must be allotted the lower berth but still two young boys have been given the seats.         This is inform you that i was went to rudauli due to emergency the after the work i comed backed to dehradun so i want taken tatkal tickets. Related to tatkal tickets query not body to wiling for help i am rounding all station area but no body to help i went to station master room and he also said that i have no time please dod not enter room. I am very surprise for this attitude but some staff member said to me doon express tatkal ticket booked before 2 days but i don't know how will take this ticket and no one staff member in rudauli help me for this. I have also click some photos rudauli station.
        This is my worst experience in indian railway.

        Our Rajapalayam railway station is among the list of "ADARSH" stations in Madurai division, but still it doesn't be provided with digital coach position display boards at the platform.It was leant that despite work orders issued for the work months ago, but the works are kept pending by the contract or, for unknown reasons. Kindly look into the matter, since this station earns revenue constantly more then 5 crores per year.

        Further, the signboards displaying name of the station in trilingual also got damaged for a long while, reveals the pathetic mentality of the station personnel towards aesthetic day to day maintenance of this station. We request you to kindly replace the name boards flashing name of the station legibly.

        Hope, our suggestions will be viewed positively and necessary remedial measures will be taken at earliest.
        Respected Sirs/Madam,

        After a lot of prolonged reresentations from general public, gauge conversion works has been commenced and almost 90% if works were completed. Between Edappally and Thenmala and upto Edamon there are some finishing touches works only remaining to be dragged towards unnecessary delay . It seems to be taken more than a year, if these works are undergoing in such pathetic manner with just countable hands are engaged for the work along entire stretch.

        Many interstate travellers expressed their disappointment on this slow pace of work, since they all eagerly awaiting train services before onset of Southwest monsoon, by which Railways can reap a rich revenue of both goods and passenger traffic. It is a puzzling question of people on what for Railways unnecessarily stay the works even after huge investments made and postponed the potential returns generated in this crucial route.

        Hope, your good selves can understand our concerns and expect announcement on the gauge conversion works between Sengottai_ Punalur will be expedited and may be commenced​ in the most possible extent.

          I was travelling in B3 compartment seat no 15 of 22124 Ajni Pune AC special, on 30th May 2017. I boarded train at 19.50 from ajni and I forgot my wallet carrying important ID cards such as PAN Card, Driving Licence etc.
          I would request if I can get contact number of rail attendee or co-passenger from B3 seat 9 and 10 who boarded train from Ajni so that I can co-ordinate with them and follow up further to get more details.
          Also if anyone finds the wallet, please reach out to me at [protected] or please deposit at least at rail police so that I can get the documents back.

            This is to inform you that I was suffering from Patna Junction to Bokaro Steel City from train number- 18623 in the coach S2. After the train crossed Masaudhi station in midnight someone or say a thief has stolen my bag in which I was having some of my documents and other assets. In the same coach and in the other coaches of the train it has happened too with other passengers also. I am willing to have a proper and positive investigation about the happening by the government authority.

              Sir I am staying in Vasai Palghar Dist. Last 4 months the platform no 4 and 5 repair work is going on. The contractor whoever it may be doing a shobby job. They put concrete block at the edge of platform then fill the middle portion with cement concrete. The quality of concrete is so poor that within. Two days of doing the work it turns into a dust field. Since they are using poor quality cement that too very less in quantity it goes away within two or three days. After filling the concrete they are suppose to do damar layer on it. But from last four months it is in same condition. Since fast train and mail trains are moving in these tracks thick dust is flying and we were forced to shut our nose and mouth in our handkerchief.
              On one side they are doing the job and other side it's coming out within two three days. If anybody wants I can send a vedio footage of the platform. Anyone can see the concrete stones and dust on the platform. Vasai station is a junction for mail trains and locals but the platform situation gives us a impression that this is a village railway platform. Surprisingly no officials are bothered to look into the pathetic condition of the platform. Once the rain starts it's become so muddy that we may find very difficult to walk.
              We heard that present govt is very strict against corruption then why it's not applicable. Why nobody is bothered when the co tractor doing sub standard work. Now they may lay damar layer on this how that survive when the base is not yet all good. It may also come out within one or two days.
              Please look into it and put pressure to the contractor to do some good job. At least fear for god if not having fear of Railway corrupt officials. We will also planning to complaint the same to vasai railway station master.
              We hope some good person from railways will look into to this and take some corrective action as early as possible. Please save the good image of Vasai before it is too late.

                  I am residing at badlapur & my work place at curry road,
                  I am travelling from last 10 years, but now days train crowed is increasing day by day,
                  With this request, i am requesting you to please increase the trains services for badlapur to mumbai cst.

                  Speaking with local train travellers, we have sum suggestions to increase the trains services as per mentioned below,
                  1) extent ambarnath trains till badlapur (For your information badlapur is next station of ambarnath)
                  2) halt some of express mail trains to badlapur station of karjat rout trains between pick hours.
                  3) running of 15 coaches trains in peak hours.
                  4) for benefit of ladies, reserve 3 coaches from mumbai cst side for badlapur trains in peak hours.
                  5) some of the slow trains running in peak hours in the morning, change it from slow to fast.

                  All above are our suggestion, we know you always do better for indian citizen,
                  We are very thank you for all your help & support.

                  Kindly do the needful, we are facing so much problem for travelling from badlapur to mumbai cst train rout.

                    I have got reservation in disabled quota today from vidisha to gondiya in third ac in chhatishgarh express today and got upper and middle birth my wife is also +50age it is not possible us to board on them please provide us some lower births so that we can travel safely your early action is required as we have to travel today.                       On dated 27.04.2017 in train no. 12281 bhubaneswer duronto vide pnr no. [protected] with seat no. S8-73 and s8 74 my wife travelled from balasore to new delhi. Her hand bag stolen by a thief at kanpur station at 2.45 pm approx.in her bag he had lost a pan card, two adhar card, one sbi atm card, two mobile one is samsung galaxy j7 prime with imei no. [protected] and [protected] with phone no. [protected] and [protected] and another nokia phon no. Is [protected].in this bag she had lost also one pair of silver payal worth rs. 4500.00 and rs 1200.00 with miscellaneous goods.

                      In this regards we have lodge a complaint at the sho grp police, new delhi railway station vide fir no. 0304 dated 27.04.2017

                      Few days ago one message is come from an unknown no i. E. [protected] and he said that he had my wife’s samsung j7 prime mobile. When i massage him he demands money.

                      Sir, more than one month is passed no action have taken. Kindly do the needful action at the earliest

                        We are currently travelling to ramnagar on the howrah-ramnagar special train. The train is over seven hours late and given that it is late at night and with women travelling with us i am not feeling at all safe. This is hiw indian rail treats its passengers... And i am particularly aggrieved by the fact that indian railway has "punctuality" is one of their motto. It is really a shame.

                          It is to bring to your kind notice that one steel trunk having house hold effects loaded from gwalior to ernakulam junction on 10/05/2017 vide prr no.[protected] (Pwb) by mr. Chandra singh to mr. Suresh babu not yet reached at destination. However, on checking of status through web site of indian railway, it is came to know that the same was loaded on train no.18508 hirakud express instead of other trains running towards ernakulam, kerala.
                          Therefore, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same to ernakulam junction as early as possible.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I had visited the Bangalore City railway station on the 28th May 2017 to drop my parents for Shatabdi express to Chennai. The train was at 6am and I had reached there by 5:40am.

                            There is a seperate counter written as platform tickets only. To my surprise, there was no body in the counter with about a dozen people waiting in queue. All the automatic ticket vending machines were not working. If you touch the screen nothing was moving on the screen. I waited for 10min and no one turned up. By then it was 5:50 am.

                            I had to send my parents alone carrying luggage at the age of 75+ because railway authorities carelessness and poor service to public.

                            Please take necessary action to correct this and let me know where i can raise my voice to reach the right people.

                              My name is mahaveer iam presntly travelling through yeshwantpur - howrah duranto express 12246. Coaches are very uncomfortable to sit. It is giving a kind of vibration in which if any kind of patient travelling will definetly get a chest pain. Every minute to minute the vibration is occuring. My appeal to railways is please do the needful right on to the next staion @ renigunta. It is very harrasing to the passengers travelling.

                                Hi, this is hyder malik, i have made advance booking of ticket for train#17038, bkn sc exp to brd jod pur jn, on 02/05/2017, for journey date of 28/05/2017, which was a 2nd tier ac ticket, which caused me rs. 2665, and i have send an email of this ticket to the traveler, and he took it out a scanned copy. The ticket was not confirm at that time, but it got confirmed on the traveling date ie 28/05/17 for which i received a msg from irctc and i even forwarded this msg to the traveler. But the tt present on the train at that time, whose name i am not aware of, made a challan of rs. 2700, as saying the scanned ticket is not valid and the traveler has to pay the amount otherwise he need to step off the train. How is that possible that traveling such a long journey, and had a ticket in advance on hand and confirmation also from irctc that he made a challan of rs. 2700, which is the same amount as of ticket we have booked. Please take the necessary action against this complaint or make clarification as to why this has not been accepted or any reference to this condition that the ticket will be not valid if it is a scanned copy.                                     Travelling from vadodara to jaipur from pune jaipur exp (12939) seat no 21 & 22, coach no : s5, s. As i started my journey at 1:00 clock in night and slept around 2:30 pm.in morning i found that my trolley bag (Grey colour) is missing and since from night not a single tt has came to check ticket till now.

                                    Sir/mam I am travelling tundla to Gujrat in dwarka exp(15636) I have troubling via passengers behaviour or ticket confirmation there are no tt arrive in the trains to solve my waiting problem if the tt come and check availability of seats there are lots of without ticket the railways also take the responsibility of this
                                    I meet with tte regarding my issued. But his responds is very bad.

                                      Dear Railway team,
                                      Today 28-May I am travelling from lucknow to delhi by train 04403 Baruni to NDLS. This is too much delayed. Why Railway running such a wasting time to common man. There is no fogg & other disturbance. Why this train is so delayed. Indian railway need to answer why they waste 14-15 hour of passenger / common man. Toilet conditions are very very bad, even fully AC train...

                                      I am traveling by 12423 Rajdhani Experience vide PNR NO: [protected]. Experienced worst situation in toilets of B-4, 5 & 6. NO FLASH IS WORKING. IT IS BLOCKED BUT ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENT MUST BE MADE IN A RUNNING TRAIN.
