I booked a ticket from Ernakulam Junction to Kozhikode today, the 28th of January 2022. My PNR number is [protected]. The train, ERS Pune Express (22149) was supposed to start at 5.15am in the morning. However due to the derailment of a goods train the previous night, the tracks (except one as reported in Manorama.com) were blocked. I arrived at the station at 4.30 am, only to learn that the train would start only by 8.15 am.
It is very surprising that the railways did not bother to inform the passengers about the delay though the mishap had occurred the night before. Furthermore, the train did not start even after 12 pm and all passengers were stranded at Ernakulam Junction. There was no update from the railways even then. Finally when the train started crawling, it again halted at Edapally station. When it again resumed the journey the train stopped at Kalamassery station and I have been stuck along with the other passengers here. It is 4 pm already, and I was supposed to reach my destination for an urgent meeting at 8.30 am. I want to ask the authorities as to who is going to compensate me for my loss for remaining absent from the meeting? I stand to lose at least 25, 000₹ from this delay. Besides, the return ticket that I booked for tomorrow is also going to be of no use now. But the most important point is, that you have kept a carriage full of passengers in an completely shut AC compartment without running the air conditioner. Have you ever been suffocated for hours? Presumably not, because then you would have bothered to at least run the AC on humanitarian grounds for the hundreds of passengers stuck because of your incapability to run the department properly. I want an immediate redressal of my complains and a compensation for the monetary loss. The treatment that you have meted out to the passengers is extremely dehumanizing and callous. While you charge the passengers very high for the tickets, you don't have the decency to provide them the minimum provisions for survival. I had to abandon my journey by 4.10 pm as i was still in edappally. Kindly take my case seriously and do the needful.

    With due respect and humble submission, I want to make this request regarding the noise pollution made by unnecessary honking and alarm near the residential areas of Hadpsar Pune. I felt the problem before and now a days I'm feeling it daily, that yes, this is really a big problem for whole day long. My living place is near to the Manjari budruk station near to Hadpsar pune. I feel that while the crossing gate use to get closed they put on the alarm beside the RED signal to stop crossing. I mean to say that in this Pune city, we cross many signals during the day's journey to every destination, but we all have been following the signals in very proper manner. So, why is this unnecessary alarm. Again, i found that the train use to honk in front of the signal many times and each time they pass by, even though the crossing gate is already closed. Sometimes I used to say my friends and make laughter saying that 'the train will honk three or four times near this signal, whenever they come to my place. They laugh and say that why don't I change my room and stay somewhere else. Even I know that, that is the best option. But why should I do that, if I haven't done any wrong? This is unnecessary sound that must be stopped to do. It's not like somebody jumps over the track or there is no driver in the engine to control the train. But do it whenever necessary, isn't it? I don't know when my complaint will be actually granted but you can really get us rid of these noise pollution in actual through discussion with superiors. So, with lots of hope I am leaving this complaint and wishing for real Indian(Central) Railway or wholly Indian development. With Regards, Thanking You.

      My family is traveling from jabalpur to Mumbai in Garibrath 12187,
      They are in G12, PNR-[protected].
      None of.the mobile charging points are working since they boarded the train, please resolve the issue.

        I'm travelling in train number 12181 in A1 coach which is 2nd AC Coach and as you can see in the picture attached, the gate is not closing properly, it is broken.
        The cold breeze is coming directly inside it .As my seat is just near the door, it's horrible in this weather where temperature is around 4°.
        I didn't pay this much amount so that I can't sleep properly and adverse my health.

          My reservation is from, jaipur to bilaspur boarding station: kota jn in bhagat ki kothi- bilaspur express train no:20844. In S2 compartment sleeper.

          The charging point of whole compartment is not working and the duration of my journey is 24hr...

          Please do something as early as possible

            Scam at the entrance of KSR railway station Bangalore

            I was entering ksr railway station on 16/01/2022 at approx 4.10pm. In the main entrance there is a machine for bag sanitization. There is a man who collects Rs 10 from each passenger. He asked me to do it. When I refused he told me that it is compulsory to do it to enter the station. I denied and pretend to ask about this to the TTE standing near the entrance.               I have booked my bike from saharanpur to perambur. Through cdg mdu sf express. 12688. Here booking officer informed me you will get bike at perambur. Later i came to know there is no parcel delivery office at perambur. Were i will get my bike 😭

                  Yesterday, 11th January 2022, I swiped my ATVM card (ER 0317892) twice for return ticket of KYI-BNXR. A total of 40 rupees has been deducted from My Balance but the print did not come out. Unprinted ticket nos. are 'ATB 4451 5752' and 'ATB 4451 5753' already submitted in ATVM smart card issuing counter of Kalyani Station.

                    I was at surat railway station at 7.50 AM for catching a train for Ahmedabad scheduled at 7.55 AM.
                    Because of late coming of my feyonce I missed that train. Before reaching to the platform no. 1 front side, ticket checker stopped her & asking for ticket, and she told that ticket is with my feyonce & she called me but ticket checker gets angree when i reached there & rudely saying continuesly show your ticket, after i shown my ticket also he got angree & started misbehaving, he also abused me with the word of "Haramkhor"
                    For the proof you can check CCTV footage of PF 1
                    He was so aggressive that litteraly he will do fight if i not leave from there, i complaint about him on 139 but they are saying no Ticket Checker can do this type of behavior. So please it's request to you to take action on him before he abuse more innocent people. His name is "Singhasan Ram"

                      I had renew a 3 month pass on Date 12-Mar-2020 before lockdown. After finishing my 2 does i had gone to dombivali station & ask for refund but they refused me & told they can not get refund. They also told me monthly pass was re-newed only in 2020...They can not re-issue OR refund the pass amount in new year (2021). I am working in private company, In year 2020 Indian Railway allow only Government Job employee.
                      Now i switch a job in Pune hence i want only refund.
                      Kindly look into matter ASAP...

                        Have booked a parcel (royal Enfield classic 350cc) thru railways parcel service on 08th Jan 2022. (Bill number A 3194701) at Pune Railway station. It was to be send from Pune to Jaipur.

                        At the time of booking external agencies were asking for extra money to sent that on the same day. But I denied saying that I would pay only the money which is determined by railway. I booked the parcel and I was told that it will be sent next day on 9th.

                        I had to travel to Udaipur on same day and hence I told my friend to check the status next day. Authorities informed tht the bike was not loaded and it is still there, while all other vehicles booked along with this has been sent.

                        This is clearly a revenge taken for not paying the extra money that they asked for.

                        Could you please check the status?

                          I had booked train tickets from my personal account from the net cafe with my own banking credentials ]with pnr : [protected] and [protected].

                          They seized my tickets without any intimation to me. If this was the issue between Net cafe person and RPF team, then you should take action on that specific person.

                          RPF team seized my tickets. I am unable to cancel now this tickets. I need immediate action on this.

                          I did not even notified on this from the RPF team.

                            The Train was MORE THAN 3 hours LATE at Kanpur and finally reached the destination Delhi more about 5 Hours late. We DID NOT travel by the train as we had a connecting flight from Delhi that we could have definitely missed by this late train.

                            The TSR was filed however it is repudiated w/o stating any reason. I want to know why it was repudiated and eventually process my TDR request. Details below -

                                    Respected sir/madam.
                                    I'm filing this compliant to bring your attention towards the serious delay of train 16311 as on 30/12/2021.As my boarding station is Byndoor, the train is already late by more than 3 hours.. THE passengers are stranded most trips has been out slayed by the irresponsible schedule of the respective railway authority's.. There is no proper information about our pending journey.. Our plans and schedules are blown apart.. Atleast provide a compensation for the passengers for the serious mismanagement and irresponsibility of railway towards us..
