We board the train from Dadar to Neral, at Dadar station we booked the RETURN train ticket from UTS (paper&travel), but due to technical glitch in ATVM machine we didn't get the print of the ticket & the money was deducted from my account (RWALLET-Rs.80).
We also went to couple of ticket counter @ Dadar station to get the ticket print, but even there they were not able to give the print.
IT'S CLEARLY STATES THAT THE ISSUE WAS WITH THE RAILWAY SYSTEM.
As the time was running, we board the train. A Ticket checker came to check the ticket, the T.C. (EXCESS FARE TICKET No-S0632179) came in the train for routine check he asked to show the ticket in which we showed the UTS app msgs & the transaction, and also explained him the whole situation, but he didn't listened to us and he charged the fine of Rs.540 which seems ILLEGAL. later he and RPF officer (A.k.Yadav) told us will talk after getting down at station @ NERAL, but they RAN AWAY.
SUCH A LAIRS PEOPLE IN WORKING RAILWAY DEPARTMENT, PLAYING WITH MUMBAI CITIZENS.
SHAME ON THIS😠😡
We have all our proofs, we were not traveling without ticket there was TECHNICAL GLITCH from RAILWAY SIDE.
My money deducted (Rs.80) from(RWALLET) plus they charged me extra of Rs.540. he shouldn't charge us but he did.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK OF RS.540 & RS.80, TOO, AS BECAUSE OF YOUR SYSTEM GLITCH, I SUFFERED.
