I have taken the train from roorkee station, the train is overcrowded i request to people and sending so many complaints from twitter regarding to sit on my reservation seat but public not alloweded to sit on my reserved seat, i am with my child and public fight with me angry on me, nobody help me. So i have taken the help from twitter and sending complaints to piyush goyal railway minister, indian railway, piyush goyal office, railway grievance but nobody help me only a message received that on railway madad you have registered a complaint and token number is this you can check the details from this and up to kanpur this status is pending nobody help me and i have travelled standing with my child from roorkee to kanpur what the hell service is this? The people sit on my seat they haven't general ticket with them no ticket checker was coming no police is there and i have taken the reservation still i am not able to sit on my seat kindly check and take action every department is going to corrupt in this government railway ministry only take money and give 2 seat to those people who have not purchase general ticket in reservation coach
