Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that, I was travelling from Patna JN(PNBE) to Dhanbad JN(DHN) from Train No :-13330/GANGADAMODAR EXPRESS in Second AC on 11th May 2018 and my PNR No was [protected].
While travelling the bed roll which was provided to me was found dirty, it was stained and stinking and was not usable, same was inspected by Mr. Sunil Kumar Kujur (CTE) and he also confirmed that it can’t be used. I requested to change it but Mr. Sunil Kumar Kujur and Mr. Bijay Pal (Coach Attendant) told that they don’t have clean stock and whatever they received from Mr. Abhay (Store In charge) they are supplying, in addition to this they also told that this situation is not going to change because we feed every one from top to bottom. According to him this is there perfect system and you have to travel in this condition only without choice otherwise better you can leave the train.
No action was taken in context of this and same was informed to Mr.Ashish Kr. Jha (Sr.DCM, DRM-Office, Dhanbad).
Requesting you to look into this matter very seriously as many passengers like me suffer from this situation regularly and may be not escalated to your level.
It can be validated from your end or with the help of outside agency.
