Indian Railways — harassment and verbal abuse

Dear sir/madam,
I am travelling in ranchi intercity express, train number 22891on 16th november, 2019. My bogie number is d3 and seat number is 19.
On reaching my seat i find the place where my luggages are to be kept occupied. On asking the co-passenger to give me space for my luggage, i was talked to rudely and ignored. Later when i kept my luggage on the given space above my seat (The space given for the 6 people to keep their luggages respectively) i was verbally abused by two women on sestdear sir/madam,
