Indian Railways — missing parcel (2 wheeler m-cycle)

I have booked a parcel (2 wheeler motorcycle) from howrah jn. To njp jn. On 24.09.2020 and the same was loaded on 26.09.2020 at hwh jn. To be delivered at njp jn. On 27.09.2020. The parcel was not unloaded at njp jn. As communicated by the parcel office at njp jn. And since then i have been in contact with the office but no one knows where my parcel is at this time and no one is taking any responsibility.

I am working in a private marketing company and have newly shifted to siliguri. Since the last 2 days it has been a harassment as no one at the railway parcel office is taking up any responsibility to check about the missing parcel.
