Hi,

In spite of one of the busiest station in bengaluru, krishnarajapuram railway station lacks basic amenities such as wheelchair ramp or lift to disabled and elderly people for platform #2 and platform #3.

With small stations such as katpadi junction having the ramp, escalator and lift for elderly.

Request to take steps to build wheelchair ramp and lift immediately.

Can't understand why doon express run out ?horrible experience in doon, up and down both faced 8 hours late, , , can't find any TT NY GRP, , if it could find they just playing as audience, , maximum passengers travel without ticket, , , , don't know higher authorities are concerns or they just careless of their duty
