Indian Railways — Providing substandard food stuffs

We were traveling by kalka mail and it was too hot, so we went to comesum the food junction of delhi railway station which is at platform 5, we asked the two 500ml cold drinks, the counter man mr mohit has given us 2 bottles of linda 500ml and remaing change but we got surprised when we have touched the bottle it was hot instead of cold, we asked to change it he says all are like this and then refused to refund and started misbehaving as well as threatened us also and said "jisko complaint karna hai kar aur yahan se bhago"
