Indian Railways — rupashi bangla train always running late between sonagachi and howrah

Extremely disappointed with down rupashi bangla express returning to howrah.
Train is extremely late between santragachi and howrah. Passengers are highly harassed and frustrated with more than 2 hours waiting time between santragachi and howrah while originally the line is just 30 minutes away.
Many important works get hampered due to this unnecessary and regular delay. Railways seem to be really indifferent to this issue as it is continuing for long.
Please take necessary action for this regular delays.
