Indian Railways — stolen bag

Sir, my maternal grandmother n grandfather was traveling from kota to bhubhaneshwar on 8/10/17 and during thier journey, at night my granny's hand bag was stolen. It was of black colour and on it it was written rich born, it was a simple bag n contained things like - her specs, her small purse inside the bag that had some money, some imp. Books too.
