had raised the complaint to IRCTC related to my eWallet Account Renewal. I am not able to renew the same due to invalid credentials even after adding correct details. I had provided screenshots of the issue. But still IRCTC is not resolving my issue. I have some money in my eWallet account. I am not able to use the same to book the ticket because account got expired and needs renewal.
